Kenny was knowledgeable, kind and patient, and he helped us through the process of getting a great condo in time to be our snowbird home (away from Colorado's snowy months). I had to visit the area twice in a 3-month period, only because the condo we picked first fell through due to a re-classification of what type of home it was (exempting it from being financed through a traditional mortgage) - and on the second go-around with a new condo, something else held up the financing process but it was never Kenny's or our fault.
