Their portfolio of property on Navarre Beach, not only as a buyer's agent but also as a seller's agent, is quite expansive and impressive. The degree of professionalism that the entire La Florida team exhibited was extraordinary. We asked quite a bit of them in regards to research and meeting the demands of our very limited availability due to being out of state clients. Never were we disappointed in their responsiveness with in depth information of the market and also in providing us with contact information for engineers, contractors and other professionals that we needed to consult with. I cannot say enough to praise the work of Gay and her team. From day one, she has been attentive, responsive, and hard-working. My husband and I were still stationed in California so Gay would facetime us in during all of the home tours (and there were many many home tours). She always made sure to take care of us, not only as clients, but also as a military couple. Anytime I had a question, Gay was available by phone, text, or email.
