We had the privilege of working with Gay and Jeff Landreth along with Janna Riley with our recent purchase of a condo in Belle Mer on Navarre Beach. Their portfolio of property on Navarre Beach, not only as a buyer's agent but also as a seller's agent, is quite expansive and impressive. The degree of professionalism that the entire La Florida team exhibited was extraordinary. We asked quite a bit of them in regards to research and meeting the demands of our very limited availability due to being out of state clients. Never were we disappointed in their responsiveness with in depth information of the market and also in providing us with contact information for engineers, contractors and other professionals that we needed to consult with. Each and every time we had a meeting, they were there to assist. Gay and Jeff understood our stringent expectations and consistently delivered what we needed to finalize our decision while always looking out for our best interest. A great amount of work went into the sale with it being a quick close that could only have happened because of the La Florida team being so thorough and diligent! Their comprehensive knowledge of the market along with ability to communicate across all lines definately are strong attributes of Gay, Jeff and Janna. And on a personal level - they're just great people! We whole heartedly appreciate them and most definately hope to work with them again.
