She coordinated all of the inspections and was there every time we needed to have a service provider enter the property, this was above and beyond anything we have experienced. We are truly thankful for her honesty, integrity and genuine concern for our needs both short and long term. She took into account our concerns and worked very hard to make sure we were comfortable with our final decision. After the sale was finalized she continued to make sure we had the necessary information to move forward with renovations and took it upon herself to contact providers on our behalf. We have bought and sold many properties across numerous states and never experienced anything close to the service Gay has provided and, continues to provide.
