Gay was available in minutes throughout the process. She not only guided us through the buying process but helped connect us to multiple other services we needed, even helping us secure quotes from contractors for changes and upgrades. When the financing took a turn, she stepped in and helped us understand our options and stayed beside us the entire time. The agent on the other side of the transaction did not behave honorably, but Gay never wavered. I felt like I had more than an agent, but a friend. I wholeheartedly recommend her. She’s the best! And her team is first class - they are on top of all the details, even reminding me when to switch the utilities.
