Gay and Jeff Landreth have been friends with our family for almost forty years. I have admired their business acumen for years and as friends and neighbors they became personally dedicated to helping our family in any way they could as my mother grew older and began to decline. Selling a home that was the family gathering place for 50 years is a mixed bag of emotions and seller intelligence. There was never a doubt in my mind that Gay and Jeff would represent us with grace, compassion, and business savvy. They know the market and we trusted their recommendations with no doubts that they had our best interest in mind. I could go on and on. Doing business with friends (and family) can go south quickly but it all ran perfectly and we closed on the house last week.
