I am a Florida native and enjoy living in Historic St Augustine and the opportunities it provides to enjoy a rather large extended family. I attended Florida State University and graduated in 1984 with BS in Criminal Justice Systems. From there I worked the corporate world relocating approximately every 18 months for 20 years, making my experiences unique when helping with relocation's. I spent a year in Portugal teaching math to individuals who had not completed school, built greenhouses, and helped to create small manufacturing sites in developing communities. I spent a few months back packing Europe when I left Portugal exploring museums and zoos. I started my Real Estate career in 2005 in Chicago and after a few years of icy weather, decided to move back to Florida where it is warm! The main characteristic, through which I have built my professional sales career and reputation over the last 30 years, is Quality Service. We cannot say enough wonderful things about our realtor, Kim Devlin! She was truly incredible throughout our entire home-buying experience. This was our first time selling a home and buying another, and to make things even more challenging, we were selling our home in Maine while purchasing our new home in Florida. From the very beginning, Kim made the entire process feel easy and manageable. Even while we were still in Maine, she went above and beyond to help us find the right home. She was incredibly knowledgeable about St. Augustine and the surrounding areas and took the time to really understand what we were looking for. Kim and her team are incredible to work with

Kim and her team are incredible to work with. Coming to this area of Florida and not really knowing anything, they took the time to learn what we really wanted (FOR A WHILE) before recommending or showing us any homes. Kim and Kristen are also both very knowledgable of the area and were the perfect guides to help us find the right sub community within Ponte Vedra that we liked the most. They are the absolute best and will be our Northeast Florida realtors forever!
