Kim was fantastic, she took care of everything since I lived out of state. She even bought a new toilet tank cover b/c the one at the house as cracked. I started off with some bad advice and the price was set too high. Then Kim was assigned. She took it upon herself to paint the front door, made a big difference. She had the house staged, again a great improvement. I think the time of year and price ( especially with no upgrades and paint ) hindered a quick sale. Luckily a property management company offered a quick out. Through the entire process Kim was quick to respond and typically sent predawn emails. I was always kept informed and supported.
