Bill was amazing, and there to help with every step along the way, pointing out why I didn’t want to buy certain houses and educating me about the homes in Florida. Bill also provided me with a list of lenders, set up home inspections and was always there to answer any questions and always looking out for my best interest. Having bill in my corner really made a difference in me even purchasing a home in Florida, and I will use him in all future purchases. Bills attention to detail, and looking out for my best interest are unmatched by any of my three previous home purchases in Colorado and really made my purchase 2000 miles away possible. As an investor and looking for a rental unit which will later become my retirement place, I feel very fortunate to have Bill Spain as my real estate agent.
