This was because she use her expertise to make sure my house was marketed the correct way. I cannot say enough good things about Denise and how she handled the sale of my home. This is the 6th home I've purchased in several different states (at 68 years old). As it turned out, it was the easiest because of Denise Galloway and her staff. My son works at Keller Williams in the Phoenix Arizona area and I thought, what the heck, I'll give them a try here in Charlotte County. I am so glad I did! Denise and her staff went 'out of their way' on several occasions. I'm new to the area so some of my questions had nothing to do with the real-estate transaction but they went Above and Beyond and found the answers to my inquiries even though I could have done so in my spare time. So I say this team goes ABOVE and BEYOND!

I dislike surveys but I do love Karen and Ken. Professional and they go the extra mile. They have the "Never give up" attitude, plus they know their work. I'm old school and have bought and sold many homes in my years. They by far were the best Realtor I have ever worked with.
