Carol and Charlie were wonderful as they helped me sell my home. They had superior knowledge of every aspect of the real estate process. Selling your home is very stressful and emotional and Carol was always there holding my hand. I can't thank them enough.

We worked with Afra from out of state and she was wonderful to work with. She took us through every property we wanted to see and gave us her honest and very knowledgable opinions on everything. We ended up buying without ever seeing our home in person and we are thrilled with it. I could not more highly recommend working with Afra on your next real estate transaction.

I can not say enough about my experience with selling my father's condo with Lesley. From beginning to end, she was there to help and support me with every aspect of the sale. Selling or buying a home can be a very stressful time, but having Lesly as my realtor took that stress away. She has tremendous knowledge of the industry and was always available to answer any of my questions. Most importantly for me though, was the fact that I knew I could trust her and that she had my best interest at heart. I can not recommend Lesley enough!

Lesley was a pleasure to deal with in all aspects of our sale. She was very knowledgeable and helpjul. Always pleasant and respectful. Was prompt in answering questions that we had. I would highly recommend her as both a listing and buyers agent. We could not have been more pleased...

When we decided to sell our home, we reached out to Amy for a "rough estimate" of what it could be worth. Amy set up a meeting with Bill a few days later. From that meeting, we knew we had picked the perfect team to sell with. We were overly impressed with the attention to detail they showed up with and blew the expectations we had out of the water! They made this the easiest process we've ever had, buying or selling a home. If you want a team that does more than just "sells a bunch of houses", I highly recommend the Bill Spain Team! Thank you Bill and Amy! You're both great people and we look forward to working with you again in the future!
