My wife and I recently purchased a house in Port Charlotte, Florida. We were lucky to have Afra as our agent. Her knowledge of the area, housing market, shopping, restaurants and also knowledge knowledge about doing wire transfers from Brazil to USA was very helpful. She was very kind. She would pick us up at the hotel and drive us to look at houses. Also, she would explain to us about title company, utility companies. Bill and Amy are a great team to work with. They did their best to help my family and I find a home from across the country. They did the walk through visits for us and took cell phone video, gave us time to review the video, then they called us via FaceTime so we could take closer looks at something if need be. I would recommend them to anyone thinking of looking into housing in the area. For those looking to rent vs buy, there is someone on their team that is able to assist with that as well! They were great!
