Bill is the BEST agent we have ever had ever had the pleasure to work with! He will go above and beyond for both the seller and buyer. He was there every step of the way guiding and advising us as we went through the process of purchasing a home in a new state. He was in constant communication with us and handled all aspects of the purchase, with integrity and sincere commitment. His positive attitude and work ethic is exemplary. Without reservation, we highly recommend Bill Spain for any real estate needs. We will certainly call on his services in the future.

Jason was a dream to work with. He tirelessly showed us home after home until we found "the one". He is very professional, yet very down to earth. Will recommend to anyone I know

Connie is very patient and easy to work with. We have sold and bought with her, both very positive processes. Our sold home: multiple times she held an open house for us and also gave us tips to make it better for viewing. Our purchased home: she is willing to show you as many houses as you want to see. (We looked at a lot!) She also had good recommendations for asking during the purchase of our new home.

I have nothing but the highest praise for Michelle and how awesome it was to work with her! Michelle spent time getting to know us and our needs and was so kind and so patient as we searched for the perfect place. She put us at ease with this process, held our hands and guided us when it was needed, and made it simple to put our faith and trust in her! There were just so many occasions where Michelle went above and beyond for us and we are so, so thankful for her! She has helped to change our lives for the better and we feel blessed to call her friend!!!

Denise is the agent who handled the purchases of a lot and new home build in Punta Gorda, FL. We were lucky to have found someone so knowledgeable in all aspects of her job. She was always our advocate in dealing with issues that came up during the building process. Worked hard to resolve issues, and was very quick to respond back to us. She is truly a gem! Thank you, Denise, for always being there for us throughout this exciting process!

Donata was helpful, especially since we were out of state for the transaction. She made our lives so much easier. She went to check on the property a number of times during the time it was on the market.

The amount of time and effort that Denise Galloway put into finding our home was beyond expectations. There were several actions that in retrospect were “above and beyond” a realtors job. Some of those actions are: We had multiple ALL day long showings which Denise handled tirelessly, we interrupted her Saturday night “ date night” dinner plans and cut them short to put a purchase offer in, late night negotiations between buyer and seller, quickly scheduled video showings on a busy Saturday, meticulous attention to legal details, looked out for our best interest, she is unbiased and asked us “what WE wanted” in our new home and the list could go on and on. Denise does all the above and more with professional yet personal attention to finding your dream home for you. Contact her, you will be getting the best,
