The transaction closed as expected. Ken worked through a few hiccups but all is well that ends well
Ken and Karen managed this sale with a high degree of professionalism. The buyer's broker did some funny things, but K and K's professionalism made it easy to work through these issues.

Alan is personable and professional.
Alan was very helpful in preparing our house for sale. He advised us on upgrades, repairs and freshening up the house,. Since we already had another hou he recommended that we move out and leave an empty house. Although we did not receive our original asking price we did well considering the pandemic and general slowing of the market. Thank you, Alan, for a job well done.

We moved from Maine to North Port and Bill was absolutely amazing every step of the way. We purchased during a pandemic and moved across the country so we had many questions and concerns and Bill made this process very easy for us. He provided the best service and attention to detail. Larry was great from the first phone call, Professional precise and not at all pushy
I felt I was in good hands right from the very beginning his calm and pleasant demeanor insured confidence. He was extremely patient and dealing with us not knowing the area we weren’t sure what we were looking for but little by little we narrowed it down and with Larry’s help we found the perfect house. Step-by-step he guided us through the paperwork with full explanation and disclosure of all great recommendations as far as other professionals needed he was a key to making this dream come true. And even after we’ve closed on the house Larry still been in touch stopping by the property checking on some progress and letting some contractors in since we live out of the area for now. Without question it was the best experience I’ve had with a realtor in my entire life and I’ve purchased many a home Throughout the years. Wow is all I can say about the service!
Wow is all I can say about the service Gina provided along with her husband Paul! Gina was so knowledgeable about the whole process and was there for us from start to finish. Every text or call we sent was answered within minutes. We moved here from out of state and were driving to Florida the day our house closed. When we pulled into our driveway both Paul and Gina were waiting there with our keys. I can't recommend Gina enough! I promise you will not be disappointed.
