Gina is the consummate professional. Have had over a dozen transactions with her and her husband, Paul over the past 10 years. I trust her implicitly. Whatever you are looking for in a realtor, Gina has it. She communicates well, keeping you in the loop. She listens to what you want and need. The few times I listened to my gut rather than hers—it turned out to be a mistake. She is available at your convenience, not necessarily hers. Gina is personable and always gets the job done properly and efficiently. She checks and double-checks to make sure all her t’s are crossed and i’s dotted. Cannot sing her praises sufficiently to do her justice!

Bill Spain is not just HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, he is the ONLY RECOMMENDATION we would make for any real estate needs in the North Port / Port Charlotte Florida areas. We have never met a more energetic, knowledgeable and personable, professional as Bill. We mean any profession. He really is head and shoulders above all in his field. We met Bill at a local open house that he was managing for a client. We explained to Bill we were looking to move to a home in North Port Fl, closer to our son and his family. After reviewing our requirements, Bill conducted an exhaustive research and provided us with a list of many homes that met our criteria. We ultimately decided to build a brand new home. Bill then set up appointments at several local home builders. He accompanied us on all visits and really led the discussions. We settled on a builder who has outstanding products and work ethics. This particular builder would never have crossed our path without Bill having introduced us. On 1/28/20 we closed on a double-sized lot for the construction of our new home. Bill handled this closing with perfection! This is Part 1 of an eventual, 3 Part review. Bill will be instrumental in communications between us and the builder and settling any issues that arise during construction. Finally, when the new home is built, we will be listing our current home WITH BILL! Bill is not just our Realtor; we consider him our friend as well.

Sometimes you gotta believe in stars and moon alignments... We were so blessed to have Bill as our Realtor. Bill helped us from the very beginning to organize our thoughts, desires and wants into an action plan. Then we executed that plan with 110% support from him. There was never a "No" coming out of his mouth. Bill would work around any situation that presented thru the process and was on top of EVERY SINGLE ASPECT of finding and securing our new home. Bill is NOT a pushy salesperson just looking to fill his pockets, his total interest is to make your dream come true. Even with all the hiccups we encountered during the process we were able to close in about a month from starting working with him. Real guy, really knowledgeable, very organized and have a great system to just put you at ease at all time. I recommend Bill without doubt. I have seen how he help people sell their houses too and he is just as effective and proactive. Do not hesitate to work with him, great guy!
