As an incoming military family to a new state with no family or friends, it can be daunting coming to look at houses. We initially were setup by the VA to work with another realtor, but after setting our sights on a house and set to travel, our realtor stopped replying to our messages right before we were set to visit. So we decided to call the seller’s realtor company and Erica graciously offered to meet us! We didn’t walk away loving the house, but we did walk away loving the new realtor we met and thank goodness we met her. She worked diligently to help us discover our new home, working with us through Zoom videos and phone calls throughout the whole experience and we are just so thankful for all of her hard work and dedication to help us find our new home!

Where do I begin? When we started on this journey of selling our home and moving to another state, we didn't think it would be possible because our house was old and out of the way.
