The reason I chose KW is because they are the only company in town on Glenn Beck’s Real Estate Agents I Trust website. Glenn assures his people that a company is solid and trustworthy. Rachel was both of these for sure, but the clarity and timeliness of her communication was next level. A true professional.

As first time home sellers, Kirk spent plenty of time with us answering any questions we had, and explaining all parts of the process. he went out of his way to address issues, and help us make arrangements to get all work needed on the property completed. i highly recommend Kirk Short and his team for any of your real estate needs!

A series of unfortunate events dictated that I had to help my mom sell her house asap to support her care needs. We were on a tight time line and several things needed to happen. I interviewed several agents and Kirk's proactive, take charge nature stood out. Hired him and never looked back. He proactively helped me by using his contacts to get the needed house repairs and carpet replaced on a reduced budget AND hooked us up with a great estate sale company that executed the event within weeks versus the months others were quoting. He was a pro at the negotiations for the sell price of the home, and didn't quit working until the papers were signed. He even fought for us on a touchy subject involving repair requests. I have been a part of many property transactions and have never worked with a realtor like Kirk and his team. His office manager, Sherri, is amazing as well. Constant, clear, timely communication across every single step. Less than 45 days from listing to close! Amazing, integrity, hard working, professional, knowledgeable, steadfast, and so much more. Thank you Kirk Short and Team! You helped my mom and I in our time of need and showed up Hulk Strong! Praise God for putting you in our pathway. Amen!

Working with Ian and Elvin to sell my home was an absolute blessing. Not only are they fantastic agents, but also trusted friends who genuinely cared about making the process smooth and successful. From start to finish, they went above and beyond always available, incredibly knowledgeable, and deeply supportive. I couldn’t have asked for better partners in this important milestone. Highly recommend! Love you guys.

From start to finish, Rachel was outstanding. While there was a stressful moment during the process of selling my home, she handled it with professionalism and care, making me feel confident in every decision we made. She took the time to explain each step, answer all of my questions, and provide guidance whenever I needed it, which made a potentially overwhelming process much more manageable. One thing that truly stood out was Rachel’s ability to connect me with amazing contractors to complete the necessary work to prepare my home for sale. Thanks to her recommendations and coordination, the work was done efficiently and to a high standard, and my home went under contract shortly afterward. Her dedication and resourcefulness made a huge difference in the sale. What impressed me most was Rachel’s dedication and genuine care; she consistently made me feel at ease and reassured, even during challenging moments. Her knowledge, responsiveness, and commitment to her clients truly set her apart and reflect very positively. I am extremely grateful for everything Rachel did and would work with her again without hesitation. She is an exceptional realtor.

Kirk and Melissa were amazing to work with. We would highly recommend them to everyone.

Erica was absolutely amazing to work with. She was my agent for the sale of my home and the purchase of my new home. There were a few issues that came up, and every single time she would say "This is what I do, let me take care of this." She was very knowledgeable of the market and handled everything; inspectors, appraisers, lenders, and questions to other agents. She went OVER and ABOVE with every hurdle and challenge thrown at us. I am impressed and would recommend Erica to anyone that wants not only a realtor, but a realtor that will go to battle for you and with you! Thank you Erica for all your hard work and diligence :)

We had a wonderful experience working with Rachel Nguyen. From our first conversation to closing day, she is professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. Rachel guided us through every step of the process, answered all of our questions with patience, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and organized. What stood out most was her honesty, kindness, and dedication. She truly cared about helping us find the right home rather than just making a sale. She went out of her way to satisfy our wants and needs. We're truly grateful for her expertise and support, and we highly recommend Rachel to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. We're blessed to call her our friend and realtor!

Kirk and his team were absolutely wonderful. Melissa was my agent and she did an incredible job. The selling experience is stressful and takes a lot of work, and her support and communication helped keep me motivated throughout the process. I would recommend this team and plan to work with them in the future!

I don't know where to start, I could not have made it through the last 10 months without Kirk & his team. I not only had to deal with the passing of my mother, but the need to get her house sold. Kirk helped give me guidance on what we needed to do to get the house brought from the 1970's into 2025. I worked to get the house cleared out for Kirk, a daunting task of going through 90 years of stuff, Kirk was there to support me with ideas and info on the Estate Sale I did. Once the house was clear Kirk knew the contractors we needed to work with to bring the house up to date. I live several hours away and Kirk stepped up and helped me oversee the work and make sure that we got everything done that needed to be done. Once the house was ready to go on the market it was under contract within a week at our listing price. He knows the market, what a house needs to be sold and what prices are doing in the market and getting the most we could for the house. I would recommend Kirk and his staff in a heartbeat. He was literally a Godsend to me this past year, I can't imagine having a different agent. They were great working with me from a distance also, so I didn't have to constantly run down there to sign something or check/approve something etc. Kirk and his staff are phenomenal!

Above and beyond Kirk made everything happen and genuinely cared about our situation. Buying and selling a house is not fun and I am very glad to be done with it. Even after the whole process Kirk has been trying to make things better for us. Thank you for being our realtor.

Rachel was invaluable in the purchase of our home. This purchase was rather turbulent with respect to our changing of lenders and having a lot of work done by the seller prior to closing. Not only did Rachel effeftively facilitate the communication between both parties she helped schedule work we wanted to complete after closing. I highly recommend her for her professionalism, patience, and kindness.
