We contacted Kirk and the Home Team through the Real Estate Agents I Trust organization. From our very first meeting I had great confidence in Kirk he and his team made the process easy and enjoyable. We had a couple of very minor communication things that we resolved effortlessly, which made the process even better. As we approached the closing Kirk and Sherri were very helpful in their guidance through the entire process. I always felt comfortable working with Kirk. Our property was older and was a bit of a fixer upper which was challenging as we worked through the process, but Kirk was steadfast and very level headed all the way through to the end. He had some contractors that were available to do the work with very short notice .. which was a blessing as I did not know where to even start looking. I would highly recommend Kirk and the Wichita Home Team and they will be at the top of my list for any future real estate needs. We are so happy in selecting Kirk as our realtor. Everything they did from the advertising and photography to making suggestions and giving advice in getting past roadblocks in the negotiation process was all top notch. We couldn't be happier with Kirk and the Wichita Home team.

I believe Omar has bright future as relator. For a young man he was very professional and polished. Omar was flexible and ready to provide me times to look at homes multiple times a week. He was prompt and responsive communicator to my questions. The signed jersey by Chicago Bears HOF was nice touch. Area of suggested improvement: He has some better understanding of logistical with closing process, that was a bit confusing at the end and no water so house couldn't get deep cleaned. But overall it was a very easy and pleasant experience that landed me in great home for me. As he gains experience and grows in the nuance of his work I think the sky is the limit.

What wasn’t she great about??! Hands down would recommend her to every single person out there! Will always refer her and use her in the future! Honestly wouldn’t go to another one! She fought tooth and nail for us in all the ups and downs! She is always in such good spirits and a bright light in the dark!! She is extremely knowledgeable in what she does and knows many ins and outs that you would never think of! We couldn’t be more grateful for her! She is very honest and knows what was best for us even if at the time we didn’t think so. If you want someone who actually cares and doesn’t look at you like another dollar sign. She is 100000% your girl!!!! Anybody would be lucky to have her! :)

Omar's communication was great throughout our home purchasing process. We typically did not have to wait long for a response to any question we asked and he constantly checked up on us to make sure we didn't have any questions or problems. He was very knowledgable - especially considering how long he has been working in real estate. One key attribute was his candor with regard to questions to which he did not know the answer. He let us know that he did not know the answer and would find out what the answer was and get back to us - which he always did. Most importantly, that showed his commitment to providing accurate information. It also shows the quality of the team with which he works and the support/guidance they provide. We were very happy with Omar's assistance with understanding the Wichita/Andover housing market. He was very helpful in the negotiation and purchase process. We were quite impressed by Omar's professionalism as well.

Kirk was extremely knowledgeable of the market and the entire buying process. The Wichita Home Team were super responsive and helpful. Even when negotiations got difficult the whole team excelled at moving forward and getting the sale done. I would highly recommend them. Plus their contractors they work with were also great to work with.
