She is always able to answering every question that I have and if she does not immediately have an answer, she comes up with one rather quickly. Erica was incredibly patient with me as I did not know what I was looking for, but I knew that I would know it when I saw it and Erica stayed constantly vigilant, finding new places for me to look at every single week.
