FABULOUS!!!!!

Melissa is simply amazing!!! She was extremely knowledgeable about the market, had excellent communication skills and was a TRUE PROFESSIONAL. This was the craziest process I've ever experienced in obtaining a mortgage and Melissa kept me grounded and laser focused the entire time. She kept a level head and got us to the finish line! In all of my home buying experiences, I have never felt more comfortable and sure that I was getting the best possible service from my realtor! You will not be disappointed if you choose her whether buying or selling, I promise you that!

Renee is awesome!

Renee was awesome to work with. We closed on an out-of-state property so she was a great resource for us. She went above and beyond to get answers and contacts for us during this process. This is how all realtors should be!

We started working with Melissa 3 months ago while visiting Florida. From the start, we 'clicked' with her friendly and professional demeanor, very approachable! She never tired of showing us property after property and was always extremely prompt in responding. We finally closed on our property Feb 15 after lots of negotiations and curveball, which Melissa handled like an expert! We strongly recommend Melissa to anyone thinking of buying or selling!
