Our experience with Marlin was amazing! Being our first time buying a home, we came into the experience not knowing much about what it entailed. Marlin was very knowledgeable, and guided us through the entire process. If he didn't know an answer to a question we had, he was prompt to let us know. Communication between him and us was very good! Because of his knowledge in real estate, we were able to find the house that fit our family! Would definitely suggest Marlin as a realtor to anyone looking to buy a house rather being their first time, or not.

Selling our house was not for the faint of heart. Not only did Michelle have to coordinate all of the normal house selling operations, she had to work closely with our corporate relocation company too (and at times they made her work extra hard). When relo dragged their feet, Michelle sprung into action over a holiday weekend to get our house listed. She held two open houses and made sure to check in on the house even after we moved away. All in all, Michelle took all of the extra steps and hiccups in stride, plus she did a great job balancing our wants with reality.
