I would highly recommend Todd to anyone local, and he would be an excellent reference for anyone out of town with his experience. Our experience with Marlin was amazing! Being our first time buying a home, we came into the experience not knowing much about what it entailed. Marlin was very knowledgeable, and guided us through the entire process. If he didn't know an answer to a question we had, he was prompt to let us know.
