My wife and I decided to Make a major change in our lives and move to Texas. We first needed to sell our house in Michigan, and we contacted Brandy. I believe it was the beginning of May 2021 when Brandy began the process of getting the home ready to sell. What stands out most and is truly impressive, is when we were in Texas trying to find a house Brandy was proactive in preparing our home by enhancing its curb appeal. She purchased flowers, and mulch and spruced up the entry adding quality to the images she took for the listing. This was very much appreciated, because we didn't take the time to do these things before we left and were comfortable with the house as it was. John is a true professional. Even though the property we were interested in was farther from his homebase, he always accommodated us. He is tactful when negotiating, and is prompt with replies. We looked at several properties in the past year with John, and we truly trust his opinion. He recommended inspectors if we were in need, but did not push any on us. He acted in our best interest.
