John is a true professional. Even though the property we were interested in was farther from his homebase, he always accommodated us. He is tactful when negotiating, and is prompt with replies. We looked at several properties in the past year with John, and we truly trust his opinion. He recommended inspectors if we were in need, but did not push any on us. He acted in our best interest.
