Lindsey was the realtor I didn’t know I needed! She was always super professional and made the whole process very enjoyable. Lindsey guided me through every step of the process with ease. She was willing to work around my schedule for work to do our showings. Since it was my first home she made sure she explained everything along the way from contingencies to clauses. She listened to what I told her I wanted and needed and really helped me find my perfect home. I never had an issue getting ahold of her to set up new showings or to talk about offers I was considering. It was like I was looking at houses with my new best friend!

Brandy made selling my house a breeze. Really upfront & honest. Gave me a good appraisal. More than I was anticipating on. Very intuitive. Knew exactly what to do. Had multiple showings & an offer right away! Think she definitely went above & beyond what she needed to. Even went threw my closing costs & saved me money! Title company was trying to charge me unnecessary fees. I overlooked them, but she didn't. Definitely on her A game. I would recommend Brandy to be anyone's realtor.......

Todd was an amazing realtor. He bent over backwards to accomodate our schedule (I should note that we are rather particular, picky, and possibly a handful at times ;) He took the time to point out important aspects of homes that we would not have otherwise thought of and had an immense amount of knowledge about the neighborhoods and school systems. I would highly recommend Todd to anyone local, and he would be an excellent reference for anyone out of town with his experience. We hope not to be moving again anytime soon, but life sometimes happens and should the need arise, we would not hesitate to utilize his services and we will certainly be recommending him to friends and family.
