I have used Lindsey to buy and sell my first home and I would recommend her to anyone looking for an exceptional Realtor. Lindsey is very knowledgeable about the entire process and is always professional, prompt, and was happy to address and questions/concerns I had. She has gone out of her way multiple times for me and definitely has her clients best interest to get the best deal possible. I listened to Lindsey’s advice when preparing to sell my home and got over 15 shows and 7 offers within days. She knows the market well and appreciate everything she has done for me, Thank you!!!

Since the day I met Ritta she was adamant about being there and really caring about her clients. And she definitely lived up to that. I can't say it was the overall best home buying experience; ups and downs and set back after setback. But with the persistence from Ritta and my mortgage company, we finally got it done and I am a very proud first time home owner! Woo! Thank you!

Lindsey was amazing to work with. She helped us out with the whole process. She was always able to answer all of our questions and she was willing to help get everything in order so we could get the house we wanted. I highly recommend, I couldn't have asked for a better realtor.

My goandbeyond realtor!
Monica is the type of Realtor that will not give up on getting you to where you need to be to buy a home of your dreams. My sistuation in buying my home was very very indept! I had no clue on what needed to be done before filling out an Applicatin for financing. As a matter of fact; I should have not really wasted thier time because I did not have my crap in order to buy a home in the first place! I really should have waited another 6 months to a year. This experience was so stressful for me because I prayed she would understand my frustrations and that I needed to stop RENTING! When a realtor has your back with all the mess I had in my finances and TAXES, she prayed, we prayed and the prayer worked! I got financed (with difficulties) but we did it! Monica's dedication showed me she cares about her position and clients. If I had to do this over again, no doubt I would again choose MONICA DAVIS for my realtor. Our team was Phenomenal! I want to thank Monica for not giving up and our team for being persistent in getting the home of my dreams.

Rob was always available to answer questions about selling our mom's house recently. He was courteous, patient, knowledgeable, and punctual with all our dealings. He is an excellent real estate agent and will unquestionably be the person we call upon in the future for similar needs. His thoroughness and comprehensive knowledge of the market enabled us to obtain a very satisfactory asking price. Rob was familiar with all the many steps of this real estate process, which helped me and my family members at each step know what we needed to do and what to expect next. We needed an expert, and Rob Hohler was our the captain of our team leading us to a successful real estate transaction!

Very Amazing
Ritta was the best agent I could ever ask for she was so professional about everything. She didn’t just want to sell me any house she wanted me to take my time and showed me multiple houses until I was ready. I would refer Ritta to everyone Best realtor out there I give her 5 stars.
