Great experience with Michael as our realtor
Michael was on top of communication. He was very knowledgeable about home renovations and things we should look for in a house. He was very patient and understanding in helping us find a home to fit our family and needs. He even followed up after the closing to be sure we got everything we needed. Would 100% recommend!

Ritta Armour is an exceptional agent who went above and beyond to help me accomplish my goal.
It was a pleasure working with Ritta to purchase my first investment property. Being out of state, Ritta not only viewed potential properties for me, she also took plenty of photos and videos and gave me valuable feedback about each property. She worked with me to make competitive and professional offers, and made sure to negotiate favorable terms on my behalf. By far the best realtor I have ever worked with!
I have had the extreme pleasure of working with Ritta since December 2023. She is by far the most professional and helpful person I’ve ever worked with. She’s extremely knowledgeable, never lets a seller or sellers agent take advantage of you. She’s very communicative during every step of the process. There’s never a question that goes unanswered. Not only does she keep you updated but Will also voice her opinion and not let you walk into a bad deal. I can’t recommend her enough.
