Kristina is a true professional through and through. I had the pleasure of working with Kristina and her team several months ago where she represented the seller and I represented the buyer, and it was one of the smoothest experience’s I’ve encountered in this highly competitive market. Needless to say the overall process was truly seamless and never adversarial, rather a joint effort with getting all parties to the closing table. Darren is very knowledgeable in helping sellers to get the most profit out of their home investments. He guides you every step of the way and goes beyond what other agents that I have worked with. Aisling was absolutely amazing when we used her to help us sell our home. We sold our home in 4 days and other home around us with comparable price points had still not sold after 20 days. I believe much of that is due to her due diligence in helping us price out our home correctly. We priced our home slightly below the appraised/market value. This led to someone bidding on our home and adding $30K to the offer. The offer we received was the starting price of all the other homes and I believe the buyer knew they would have to offer more than the asking so they went with ours. I can't say enough about how Aisling handles all the paperwork and communications between buyer and buyers agent. Everything was done right away with a moments notice. We never had to follow up with her and ask where something was. The process was very smooth and I would whole heartily recommend Aisling as you next Real Estate Rep.
