I first met Kristina Kuba at an open house, she was very knowledgeable and professional when asked about the home. The home was very nice but not the one for my family. As I continued to talk with her about what I was looking for she told me about another home she had listed. She showed me pictures and we agreed to meet later that week to do a showing. As soon as I walked into the home I knew it was the one for me. I stayed with her through the entire buying process and she was amazing. I never felt stressed because she was on top of everything. She was able to guide me in the right direction with the loan process and with closing. She made my home buying so easy and I couldn’t be more grateful. Matt showed great character and professionalism, he always text or called me when something new that came up or reminded me of an email I had to sign. I was on vacation when I had my inspection, and he was there with the inspector the full time, and we did FaceTime while everything was getting inspected. Kristina’s attention to detail on our new construction builds was second to none. From the time we put the deposit down all the way through framing, drywall and finishes in the house, she was there every step of the way. Lisa was very professional, hard working and really took into consideration what I desired in a property. She listened to what I wanted, looked in many locations, vetted every property I was interested in, gave her unbiased opinion and met me promptly to look at multiple properties. She communicated with me daily and responded promptly to all of my emails, texts and phone calls. Even after I had a purchase and sales agreement, she found new information, at her own initiative, which saved me from buying a property that would not benefit me. She could have just let the sale go through and collected her commission, but she was looking our for me! I highly recommend Lisa.

Karen is by far the best realtor we have ever used. My wife and I recently moved to Florida and rented an apartment while we searched for the house.
