Lisa was very professional, hard working and really took into consideration what I desired in a property. She listened to what I wanted, looked in many locations, vetted every property I was interested in, gave her unbiased opinion and met me promptly to look at multiple properties. She communicated with me daily and responded promptly to all of my emails, texts and phone calls. Even after I had a purchase and sales agreement, she found new information, at her own initiative, which saved me from buying a property that would not benefit me. She could have just let the sale go through and collected her commission, but she was looking our for me! I highly recommend Lisa.

I have bought and sold 3 properties over the course of 6 years with Karen and each experience has been consistently fabulous!! She is great at negotiating a purchase and making sure the process goes smoothly. When selling she helps review the property and makes suggestions for some simple and low cost repairs / updates that can be made prior to taking pictures. Pictures are always professional and the listing stands out more than the others. Finally, she is just a great person, determined to help sell your home for the best price. For all 3 homes we sold together, we had the listing under contract within 2 days of listing. I would continue to use her for my home purchases in central Florida!!
