Yvette was great. She understood that I had a time limit to find a place that was both affordable and accessible. She walked me through every step, provided me a timeline and answered all my questions. I'm a first time buyer and I had lots and lots of questions. Yvette answered them all and was really great about giving me information for questions I didn't know to ask. She really made the experience much less stressful. I kept to the time schedule she gave me, and we closed almost two weeks earlier than she first planned (even with the hurricane coming through). Buying a home isn't easy but Yvette made it seem that way. She is there with you every step of the way. She pays attention to all of the details and lets you know what she is looking at and for. This happened so fast (I needed it to be fast) that I know I'm leaving out quite a bit of the help she gave me in buying my condo, but I really appreciate all of her hard work.

We wanted a good, quiet and safe neighborhood for our kids! We were able to find the best of both worlds, close enough to the coast but also close enough to Orlando and Disney. She was so kind and so patient with us and helped us find a dream home. We were out of state buyers with a short time frame to purchase a home and she made it very stress free! Stephanie was referred to us through friends when we first moved into the Tampa area from overseas. We were first time homebuyers who knew nothing of the complexity and steps it would take to purchase a home. When we it came time years later to sell the home we came to love for a job transfer we only wanted her to help us sell our home as well. The timing of our home sale came at the tail end of the house market craze. It was a time with lots of anxiety and stress because we also had to move before the sale of our home. The only reason we stayed sane throughout a much more bumpy sale was because of Stephanie. It makes a world of difference to have someone who has excellent communication, knows what to do with tricky and picky buyers, appraisals issues, advocate for your best interest, resolve issues with lenders that fell through and repairs contractors to call and follow up with to name a few. Stephanie makes you feel like you are her only client, never did she forget to send or follow up on something. I never had to wonder if Stephanie had though of this or that, she was always right there already or a few steps ahead.
