Yvette is a wonderful realtor. I looked for about 18 months with some breaks in between due to the crazy housing market in Florida. She was patient and I never felt pressured. She just followed my lead. Once I finally bought a house there were multiple issues including dealing with solar panels and needing a new roof. Yvette arranged with a contractor to install a new roof in about 10 days right after Hurricane Ian which was was miraculous.
