We chose Janice because of her great knowledge of and experience with the Bradenton, FL market. I would characterize the current situation in the region as a seller's market, and we worked with Janice over several months before we were able to find a home that would fit into our budget. She also went out of her way to stay on top of new listings. I would recommend that anyone coming to Bradenton have pre-approval in hand and be prepared to move quickly, as reasonably priced homes will be sold in a matter of days. Janice was eternally patient with us, as we learned the market and the many neighborhoods to review before making a final decision. This required a number of repeat visits over several weeks before we learned enough to put in a reasonable offer, which was accepted. She is also available during the evenings and weekends for showings, which was great help to us based on our schedules at the time. I would not hesitate to recommend Janice to you if you are thinking about purchasing a property in the St. Pete/Bradenton/Sarasota area.
