His knowledge and expertise was essential in finding our property and meeting all our requirements within budget, including size and location. His follow up with listing agents was expeditious and responsive, allowing for our immediate considerations and decision-making. Mr. Velikov's communication and negotiating skills were imperative during the final offer, thus, leading to the closing date. All the repair issues identified during our inspection were communicate and resolved in a timely manner. His thoroughness during the entire property buying process was excellent and gave us a great sense of assurance and customer satisfaction to completion. Denise was excellent, I am an experienced investor and have not had great experiences in the past with some other realtors and have been listing my own properties but i took a chance on Denise because of her stallar reputation and she absolutely lived up to it. She got me a deal well above asking price, even higher than I had hoped for and pushed it through even though we had two initial contracts fall through due to buyers issues. I am very pleased and will definitely continue to work with her
