Yvette is a wonderful realtor. I looked for about 18 months with some breaks in between due to the crazy housing market in Florida. She was patient and I never felt pressured. She just followed my lead. Once I finally bought a house there were multiple issues including dealing with solar panels and needing a new roof. Yvette arranged with a contractor to install a new roof in about 10 days right after Hurricane Ian which was was miraculous. She is well connected with many trades in the community to help get repairs quickly. She is knowledgeable and she is kind. I cannot speak highly enough of her.
