She knew my situation and assured me we would find a home, now, I had 2 months to get my family into a home and even when I had 6 I would always hear " There is jothing out there" Not Donna, Donna said " we WILL find a home" and she did not stop looking and not only that, as she met my family and my needs, she made sure to look for excactly that. Than you Donna for all your hard work and not resting till you found us a home and withingnthe time to make sure my family and I had a roof over our heads and fighting for everything and more. I contacted Donna Marley out of frustration after months of my realtor not showing me any properties in decent areas or they needed so much work stating it was due to my approved price range. We chose Janice because of her great knowledge of and experience with the Bradenton, FL market. I would characterize the current situation in the region as a seller's market, and we worked with Janice over several months before we were able to find a home that would fit into our budget. She also went out of her way to stay on top of new listings. I would recommend that anyone coming to Bradenton have pre-approval in hand and be prepared to move quickly, as reasonably priced homes will be sold in a matter of days. Janice was eternally patient with us, as we learned the market and the many neighborhoods to review before making a final decision. This required a number of repeat visits over several weeks before we learned enough to put in a reasonable offer, which was accepted. She is also available during the evenings and weekends for showings, which was great help to us based on our schedules at the time. I would not hesitate to recommend Janice to you if you are thinking about purchasing a property in the St. Pete/Bradenton/Sarasota area.
