No worries, Rick has an excellent team to help you out every step of the way. Selling the house was made easy as Rick handled all of the issues and concerns that came along. Michele, Carl and their team not only helped us sell our current home, but recommended someone to us in our new area who helped us find our new home! Upon house hunting with Michele’s refereed agent, we found a home immediately - submitted a non contingency offer and had to act fast to sell our home fast! We called Michele on a Sat night and she started the call rolling. She was able to use her photographer to take amazing pictures and list us in days. Then, she held open houses and sold in 7 days reducing our stress and allowing us to use those proceeds for our new home. She answered all our questions and helped us throughout the process. Greatly appreciated and recommended!
