Mariela likes to make sure absolutely everything is under control, she called the sellerr as many times as needed to make sure I was getting the riught information in the right time. It felt to me she was working 24/7. She found the house of my dreams in an area where there were not many homes available. After finding it, she worked for 2-3 months not only to make sure I got the house myself but also to make sure the previous owner was accountable. She managed to get some discounts as well as some additions to the contract like: home improvements, Homes owner guaranty, etc... If I buy another home, With no doubt I will work with Marilu 100%.
