All I can say, Jonae is the best. We had used her about three years ago when we came to Florida and she was so helpful in finding the kind of house we wanted. She also helped guide us thru all the paperwork, of which there is plenty. In our move recently, Jonae did a great job of knowing the market and getting a great price for our house. She made several suggestions on how we could "stage" our house for buyers. We received several bids the first day, thanks to her help and experience. Jonae was thrown a monkey wrench when my wife contracted Covid several weeks before settlement. She calmly managed to navigate the situation with the new owners and saved us a lot of angst. Finally, in addition to all her advice, Jonae kept in constant touch with us to answer all of our questions and concerns. Honestly, I don't see how a prospective seller or buyer could do any better.
