Leanne was fantastic! Not only did she get me my asking price, but she was also able to assist me in my new home. She was able to get me a loan where I thought it was impossible to do so. She helped me with vendors, that were very responsive and able to fill my needs. I would never recommend anyone else !

Very professional I have worked with Rick and his team for many years. I have purchased my personal home as well as several investment properties, both condos and homes. I found Rick and his team to be very thorough and professional. In these times you need someone who is effective in getting you the right properties at the right prices.

PERFECTION!!! 100 percent PERFECTION Michele is the absolute definition of what a AMAZING realtor is. I think if we were to actually use a dictionary today Michele’s picture would be the definition! From the second we knew we were gonna need to list the house until the day we closed in sign Michele cared about us!! She cared about making sure everything was taken care of, ready and sold!! She ALWAYS made time to answer any and all questions. Michele could not have made the process any easier. She recommended a few upgrades to be done to bring top dollar and it did!! MANY THANKS Michele!!!

We were first time home buyers searching in the competitive housing market of Tampa. Correy was there every step of the way to explain everything. She looked at details in each of the properties we looked at and explained to us what was in our best interest as the buyer. No matter what time of day, she would respond to our questions. She went to multiple properties with us, from Seminole Heights, to West Tampa, and to South Tampa. She was there for us as the buyers every step of the way. We put offers on different properties, and each time she did our paperwork in a timely manner and continued to check in on the properties while we were waiting to hear if our offer was accepted. In such a competitive market, that made it easy to feel defeated and almost made us want to stop looking, Correy continued to look with us and help us. I am so glad and thankful we were able to work with Correy!

I can’t thank Kevin enough for being an amazing agent and helping me with the home buying process. Over the last 2 years we looked at multiple houses, made offers, got outbid, I got discouraged and gave up, and when I was ready to get back at it Kevin was right there to help. Within a week we were under contract and now I have my house and I am loving it!! Kevin answered all my questions as a first time home buyer and walked me through the entire process. I can’t thank Kevin enough!!!

An outstanding and professional real estate agent. Kevin was very knowledgeable and professional during the entire process of selling my home. He went above and beyond to make sure that the process could be smooth and effortless on my part. I would highly recommend Kevin to any of my closest friends or family to get the job done.

Kevin is amazing to say the least! Over the last 2 years we have looked at multiple properties, and made multiple offers, the housing market is crazy! I went back and forth between wanting to buy a home and feeling discouraged and just deciding to continue renting. Every time I decided to move forward with buying Kevin was right there to walk me through the process, help find the perfect home, and answer all my questions along the way. After a crazy 2 years, we closed on our dream home today!! None of this would have been possible without Kevin’s hard work and determination! If you are in need of an amazing realtor, Kevin is the one!! Thanks again Kevin, you’re a rockstar!!
