I went into buying a house completely backwards. I was first time home buyer and had no idea what to do or where to start. I started looking at houses online and I found one that I requested more info on and scheduled a showing. I got a call, gave some of my info and was told a realtor would be contacting me shortly. Latesha was the realtor that reached out to me. From that point on, I never once thought I would be better off working with someone else. Latesha was beyond wonderful. She basically held my hand through the whole process. She explained everything to me in a way I understand. I felt through the whole process like I was her main focus along with everything I wanted and needed. We hit the ground running. We looked for months in a pretty big area including two different states (which Latesha actually got her realtor license in one of those states as we were looking just to better help ME!) I work a later shift but that was never a problem for her. I swear I don’t think she ever slept, now that I think about it. The most important thing she did for me was make me feel like my time and efforts were just as important to her as her own.
