I went into buying a house completely backwards. I was first time home buyer and had no idea what to do or where to start. I started looking at houses online and I found one that I requested more info on and scheduled a showing. I got a call, gave some of my info and was told a realtor would be contacting me shortly. Latesha was the realtor that reached out to me. From that point on, I never once thought I would be better off working with someone else. Latesha was beyond wonderful. She basically held my hand through the whole process. She explained everything to me in a way I understand. I felt through the whole process like I was her main focus along with everything I wanted and needed. We hit the ground running. We looked for months in a pretty big area including two different states (which Latesha actually got her realtor license in one of those states as we were looking just to better help ME!) I work a later shift but that was never a problem for her. Latesha had us scheduled on the road as early as we were allowed and she was sending me info and new possibilities late into the night while I was still up. I swear I don’t think she ever slept, now that I think about it. The most important thing she did for me was make me feel like my time and efforts were just as important to her as her own. She fought for me and my needs the whole way through and never let me down. After walking through over thirty houses we finally found my home. I have and will continue to refer her to any and everyone because I really believe there isn’t anyone better.

Rick did everything that could be done to make this sale happen as quickly and efficiently as possible. And more. One day I saw Rick on his hands and knees with a hand trowel digging out dirt from a ground level sub-building entry. I asked what he was doing. He responded that he was checking out sub-building ingress viability in order to verify the putative building inspector's future report of accessibility to the sub- building utilities and structural foundation. That is truly above and beyond the call of duty.
