Selling a home in Florida while living in Illinois could have been no easy task. But Cathy made everything easy. Cathy did all the leg work, and Customer/Buyer interfacing for me. She kept me informed, texting and/or calling me every other day, updating me on any progress along the way. I had been down there multiple times previous to the listing, and quickly came to trust Cathy, knowing everything going forward would be in my/our best interest. When the closing became imminent, I did travel to Florida to work in person for the closing. Cathy had set everything up so all I needed to do was show up and sign the papers.
