Christie was a godsend throughout the buying process. We found her by chance while looking at houses on a whim one weekend. After looking at the first house (which was terrible) we told her exactly what we did and didn’t want and she said she had the perfect house for us. We went straight there and absolutely fell in love! Christie helped us find a lender for pre-qualification and we made an offer the next day! Even when things got stressful during the loan process, Christie was there checking in and helping me through the process every step of the way. She was awesome and I would highly recommend her to anyone! I’ve already referred my son to her for his first home-buying adventure!

We are very happy with our overall experience and how smoothly our entire purchasing process went through thanks to our realtors' team, Doreen and her husband Carlos. They are super knowledgeable, extremely professional, and exceptionally well organized. These guys were with us every step of the way throughout the whole time. Doreen was always very easy to get in touch with, and she kept us on track with her simple, clear and easy to follow instructions on what to do next. Doreen is very patient and understanding. She is not trying to persuade you and sway you away; she wants to hear what you think and what you want to do. Every little thing we have asked for ,(and more) was delivered to us as promised. While most of our communication was with Doreen, Carlos was always by her side during our meetings, and he was extremely helpful explaining the technical aspects of the house operation, maintenance and area specifics. We were connected with Jane by chance when we called on a rental property she had listed. Since we did not rent from her, please note that she did everything I am about to tell you commission free. I do understand that realtors must build word of mouth referrals, but Jane truly went over and above to treat us like she would expect to be treated. You will not be disappointed if you choose to contract with her to sell/buy or secure a lease relationship on your behalf. Jane's listing was not a fit for us, but Jane tirelessly worked with us for almost a month. Fielding my calls, scheduling appointments, showing homes and helping us to find everything on our wish list. We were under a tight deadline to find our home and Jane went into action. She was an expert on the local and surrounding areas, down to traffic patterns. Home values, Association information, and most importantly - Negotiated with realtors and owners to secure a long-term (longer than annual) for a win-win situation for all involved. Nothing was too small or too large for her to tackle. I truly cannot say enough about how impressed we were. She will forever be our go-to real estate professional (emphasis on professional).

John Warner III went way above and beyond the usual agent to help me sell my house. There was so much going on in my life (hospitalizations, death of my father, other family issues to deal with) and John stepped in to help out with whatever needed to be done to sell my house. John even made sure to have the trash and recycle bins at the curb for pick up since I could not be there to do that. In my opinion, he is the BEST!!!
