I first met Doreen Rivera and her husband Carlos with whom she works with as a team when I was looking for a home rental. Throughout the 3 years that I rented, Doreen always communicated with me, sent me cards for every holiday and email updates as to what homes were being sold in the area. When I was ready to make the jump from renting to purchasing a home, the only realtors I would even consider working with were Doreen and Carlos Rivera. And I am so glad that I did! They have truly been a blessing. They went above and beyond what my husband and I could have wanted or afforded in our home and they truly delivered. We met Al on the advice of a friend who had heard great praise for him and who lives in Sun City Center. So glad we did! Al spent a great amount of time orienting us to the various areas of SCC, as well as showing us Activity Centers and the differences in neighborhoods. He was unfailingly a pleasure. He really knows the area, honestly listened to us and our preferences, never pushy, and went above and beyond for us professionally. We ended up choosing a house that we love. Al guided us through closing, advocating for the best service from lenders and inspectors, informative about HOA and SCC guidelines, and helped us navigate a complicated closing with international sellers with unique circumstances. He followed thru on every aspect of our purchase. All this, and he is a kind and thoroughly enjoyable person to be with. We recommend Al DeMellier absolutely!

Al’s knowledge of current market and evaluating property is outstanding. We bought a house with Al 5 years ago and recently sold it without any problems, even though we were not present for both transactions. We trusted him to take care of our house and he made sure all unforeseen issues were corrected before closing date. Al was VERY patient in guiding us through all the electronic transactions for the entire process, and always kept us informed of progression of sale. May we add that he has a treasure of references to help with large or small repairs and maintenance of our home .. with very satisfactory outcome.
