Sandy Gets It Done!
Sandy has been extremely patient through our home search. We first tried to test the market a few years ago, and she was endlessly researching and communicating with a variety of options that fit within our “must haves.” She was available at all hours of the day and never gave up, no matter how many dead-ends we faced. She was understanding of our situation when we decided to forego the house search a few months in, and made us feel comfortable, never putting any pressure on us to rush to a decision. It was an obvious choice to call her about six month ago when we were ready to start the hunt again. And as always, she was eager and willing to invest her time and energy in finding us the best match! It’s because of Sandy that we were introduced to the home we now reside in, and not only could we not be happier with our decision, but we are extremely grateful for the dedication and warmth that was provided to us throughout the entire process!

We relied heavily on Cathy's local knowledge and market experience. As a result, we found a home that meets our personal needs and desires. We could have compromised on other properties, but finally found the "one", the house that is perfect for us. The different areas in the extended Sun City Center community vary in available features and fees. These differences can be confusing for home shoppers and an experienced pro like Cathy are a huge advantage.

Working at a distance
While on vacation from the Cincinnati area we stopped to see a condo, made an offer and turned around and left for home. Wanda did a superb job working with us at a distance. Keeping us in the loop of information being exchanged by everyone involved. Wanda followed up on all our demands And concerns. I would highly recommend Wanda to anyone looking for an agent they can count on. Wanda went above and beyond what you would expect from most agents.

Great Experience

Doreen and Carlos have been very helpful with buying our new home in Wimauma. It started over a year ago when we first contacted Doreen about our desire to move back to the Tampa Bay area. She's been sending us prospects on a regular basis. In June when our old house was under contract, it became urgent that we find our next home. I took a trip down to Tampa, with Doreen and Carlos' help, I was able to secure our new home in 5 days. They then helped us with a virtual walk-through since we are not able to attend in person.
