It is refreshing to know there are people like Ken in real estate. It was my first time to buy a home and I had questions and concerns about the whole process. Ken did not push and he was there to support and answer anything I needed to know. He gave great advice and at the end I was able to purchase the ideal home. You can tell he is a kind person and has your best interest. Cannot recommend him highly enough.

Had not met Judith before listing with her. Friends had listed with her and sang her glories. They were so right. She is very professional and would come at any time day or night if needed. Sandy has been extremely patient through our home search. We first tried to test the market a few years ago, and she was endlessly researching and communicating with a variety of options that fit within our “must haves.” She was available at all hours of the day and never gave up, no matter how many dead-ends we faced. The different areas in the extended Sun City Center community vary in available features and fees.
