Sandra was the absolute best to work with. Never have I seen a realtor with as much get it done attitude. We were on a very short time line and she went above and beyond and normal realtor work to help us accomplish our goals. We were very fortunate to have found her.

During the sale of our home, Doug was readily available to help with any and all issues or questions. He assisted in preparing the home for a quick sale and to resolve any issues that arose. During the process, he was always professional. Highly recommend Doug for an agent.

Working with Cathy and the whole Griggs group made the task of selling our home easy and painless. We were very happy we chose them to help us sell our home.

Christine is by far the most knowledgable Realtor in the Apollo Beach market. She is an absolute professional and a pleasure to work with. If you are considering selling or purchasing a home in Mira Bay, she should be your first call.

Sandra was warm friendly and most importantly very professional. She explained everything that needed to be done by both us and her. She kept in steady contact throughout. I would strongly recommend Sandra for any real estate sale that you have.

We recommend Sandy to anyone looking or selling a home. Sandy was extremely helpful, reliable, open and really cared about us and even our dog. Sandy understand our needs from the very first open house to closing. The advertising, answering calls and questions were done so expertly.

You could not find anyone more trustworthy, knowledgeable, or hard working than Sandy. She will walk you through the whole process! We ended up with some fabulous neighbors too!! We live next door to Sandy and her husband!

Sandy was tireless in helping us find our new home, as we were 2000 miles away and flying (nearly) blind. We found an amazing home and we are very grateful for her honesty, attention to detail and for truly keeping our best interests in mind.

Sandy was committed to finding a house for us in a short timeframe. She offered many options, helped us narrow our choices, until we found the perfect home. Even though we were focused on Sun City Center, she offered other options in other areas so that we could make a comparison. Would definitely use her again.

Sandy was very knowledgeable and a great communicator. She followed through with every step of the process.

Knowledge: Sandy had excellent knowledge of what was going on in the real estate market today. Communication: Sandy communicated well through phone calls and messaging. Professionalism: Sandy looked and acted very professionally in her words, dress, and manner. We also have to mention how Keller Williams realtors work together and offer their expertise. Both Ernest (Ed) and I would recommend her to our friends and relatives if they are looking or wishing to buy or sell.

I bought my house sight unseen. Sandi constantly kept in touch with me and all the parties involved. Guiding me about home purchase in Florida, which is very different from NJ where I’m from. She coordinated right up to the closing, which made my purchase a smooth process and gave me peace of mind. Thank you Sandi!
