I met Brando at an open house he was having. He asked questions about what I was in the market for and then started to match me up with homes that might interest me. He was not pushy. When we found a house that I was very interested in, he made sure it was a good purchase for me. He was not after a quick commission. He was always available for phone calls and texts. He didn't mind making calls to verify information from the selling agent. He also talked to the inspection person and the plumbing company that needed to be hired to make sure there weren't any surprises that would come up later. We always met for business on my schedule, not when it was convenient for him. He even loaned me some drop cloths for painting after the closing. He still has class, post-covid, with a very nice house warming gift. My sister is moving to Florida eventually, and we will definitely be using Brando when it comes to buying another property.
