Judith Martin did an excellent job in selling our home. She went over and above what was expected. She put in extra time and work to sell our home. She was an outstanding realtor and we would recommend her to anyone.

Cathy Griggs
From the very first introduction to Cathy I knew she was the agent for me. She is soft spoken, confident, supportive of my needs and was very experienced. She took the time to educate me and I trusted her opinion from the start! Thank you Cathy!

We enjoyed working with Sandy from the day she introduced herself. She is a very knowledgeable lady and gives your house more exposure than one thought possible. She is very professional, yet friendly. I was surprised when she gave us her opinion on what our house would sell for in todays market. More than we had thought. And three days later she had an offer for the full price! I would recommend Sandy to anyone!
Sandra Guthrie
From the moment that Sandy Guthrie first entered my home her take charge approach plus the immediate high level market knowledge told me that I was in great hands. That was not just “show”on her part; She delivered more than I could have hoped for. She took the home sale burden off of my shoulders and walked away with it. Now here is the clincher. The very evening before my house was to be listed on MLS, etc, Ms Guthrie called me and told me that she had found a potential buyer who was financially qualified who wanted to see the home that night. They came by and toured my home then they left. About 1 hour later Sandra called me to give me great news. This potential buyer had made an ALL CASH OFFER SUPPORTED BY A QUALIFYING LETTER FROM HER BANK INDICATING FUNDS WERE AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY TO COVER THE OFFERING. So I don’t need to say anything more. Except that even in the rush of the bid / closing battle Sandra communicated closely with me and made it very easy and worry free in my part. Jim Casey

She was always available for questions and concerns and with with me for the entire process ~listing to closing. I highly recommend Cathy and her team for your buying/selling needs. It’s hard enough to lose a parent, but then you have to deal with the Real Estate too! Kudos and Thank you for everything -hugs

It was a pleasure working with such a professional, kind and caring realtor. We deal with a lot of realtors up north and by far Thina ranks 100% for her knowledge and willingness to work and help you find your Florida home or condo. From start to finish Thina listened to us and really put a lot of effort into finding the right place for us. We had a lot of fun exploring all the options with Thina. She really helped us make our decision on a timely basis so we could close and be settled in our new home within two weeks. She went beyond leaving the most beautiful flowers and specialty cookies for us upon arrival to our new home. We were extremely satisfied with Thina and would highly recommend her for any real estate needs in the Ruskin, Sun City areas and beyond. We feel we have made a new friend not only our realtor. Thank you again Thina for all your hard work and professionalism with us in finding our Florida home!!! I am sure we will be seeing you again!! Best Wishes!
