We have lived in Florida for the past eighteen years and decided it was time to move back to be with family. We approached Sandy for help and she got in super drive and put things in motion immediately. Within 2 days the paperwork was signed and pictures taken. We hadn’t had any response the first week and were concerned and Sandy came over immediately to calm our nerves and convince us not to become over anxious it will sell. The very next day a couple viewed our home and made an offer we accepted and within two weeks closed. Sandy held our hand through the entire procedure. Sandy is very professional, has great knowledge of real estate and a pleasure to work with. Sandy responded immediately if there were any questions or concern.
