Our house was not a regular sale , the house had many issues, Cathy worked with us for over a year to get it marketable, and was always helpful in her input about what needed to be done and what didn’t need to be done, That helpful input allowed us to financially and mentally focus on what exactly needed to be done ,Cathy is also very knowledgeable about the Ruskin , Sun city area which again was extremely helpful.After continually working with us for a year Cathy and her team were almost like family to us , and although I do not miss the stress of rehabbing a house for sale , we do miss Cathy and her team , We highly recommend her , she is honest fair ,knowledgeable and professional at all times, Thank you Cathy

Thina followed through with all of the complicated documents involved in the sale. She is very familiar with the community unlike the seller’s agent. She worked out a convenient method for me to send my earnest money without requiring me to drive 30 miles to drop it off and at no extra cost to myself. My daughter and I were very happy with her as my buyer agent.

thina was superb. at no time did we have any question not answered, anxiety not addressed, nor request not fulfilled. from the initial listing until the closing, thina, backed by the keller williams support staff, was responsive at all times. we cannot imagine having had any other representative for our sale. she went beyond the expected and succeeded in making this sale happen despite the challenges of remote clients.
