The whole process went exceptionally well. Al was always so accommodating and knowledgeable about every aspect of the market. He always helped us when we had questions and if he did not know something he always got back to us. Everything went very smooth.

First thing I need to say I am so lucky to choose Hannie as my realtor my first investment home in Florida! I appreciate all her help in purchasing my invested home. She really takes her time to take for home tours in many cities and makes professional and up-to-market suggestion's. Her strategies, negotiation skills, and attention to detail made the process easy and lucrative for me. I enjoyed working with Hannie and I am beyond happy with the purchase and now I am looking forward to work with her on my rental home. Thank you Hannie

We have worked with John for 8 years now & he is absolutely wonderful! He helped us navigate every detail of our needs & wants through multiple rentals to finally helping us find our dream home/property. Always on point, he provided all the information we needed, answered all of our questions, & went above & beyond to ensure we secured our new home. We will miss working with him, but will forever be grateful for his tireless assistance. We highly recommend John if you are looking for an honest, hardworking agent. He is an amazing person & asset to have in your corner! Many thanks!!!

Our house was not a regular sale , the house had many issues, Cathy worked with us for over a year to get it marketable, and was always helpful in her input about what needed to be done and what didn’t need to be done, That helpful input allowed us to financially and mentally focus on what exactly needed to be done ,Cathy is also very knowledgeable about the Ruskin , Sun city area which again was extremely helpful. After continually working with us for a year Cathy and her team were almost like family to us , and although I do not miss the stress of rehabbing a house for sale , we do miss Cathy and her team , We highly recommend her , she is honest fair ,knowledgeable and professional at all times, Thank you Cathy

Pam was always on top of every home that would be of interest and suit our needs, contacting us immediately to make sure we were aware of the listing. We never felt pressured, and she was very patient giving us 100% of her attention. She went the extra mile to get answers to any questions concerning the home, neighborhood, taxes, insurance, etc. She made finding the perfect home her #1 priority.

Carlos and Doreen Rivera are exceptional to work with and made the entire process go smooth and successful from start to finish. Their attention to detail and following up to make sure everything was in order is extraordinary. Carlos and Doreen's communication at every step gave us peace and confidence that we had in place the best plan to sell our property, which was sold in record time!

Thina followed through with all of the complicated documents involved in the sale. She is very familiar with the community unlike the seller’s agent. She worked out a convenient method for me to send my earnest money without requiring me to drive 30 miles to drop it off and at no extra cost to myself. My daughter and I were very happy with her as my buyer agent.
